In a company or in an organization Human resource is the key factor. Employees can be categorized as assets or liabilities to the company depending on their behavior. As a result of that, company profit as well as its existence depend on employee. Many companies give their first priority on human resource due to this reason.

1.    Encourage communication and conversation
